It should have multiple holes and adjustments to fit pretty much ANY tractor drawbar. I had mine on one of the H's for a while this summer...

Mowed many acres with an M and 120 mower. Bolts right up.

yeah it should,, I think I bolted mine to the drawbar..Cant recall, but I do remember having to move the swinging drawbar all the way to one side...
