how many F20s were made with the option of bottling up exaust and making it able to raise and lower cultivators?

Like other writers here, don't think this was ever made. Of course there was a contraption like this for the A and B. Heard the exhaust eventually corroded the cylinder.
Going back to the original Farmall ("Regular"), there was a power lift that was attached in place of the differential cover, and driven by the PTO shaft. Never saw one up close, but probably have a pix of one in some of the old stuff I have kept for nostalgia's sake. This was available for the F-20, also. The whole thing is completely mechanical--worm driven, I think, with some sort of latch that stopped the action when the lift reached its up or down position.

Never saw one. Did not know a vacume lift was available for the 20. I suppose one could have been fitted from an A or B.
