3 point arms not going up or down on tractor,just got tractor any ideas?

Yuo might have a loose linkage. I assume it has power steering, since it is an industrial model. It may also be that selector that 2444 is talking about. When it is one position the lift works. The other is for a remote cylinder. try switching it and see if your lift will work. right between your legs and on the right just a bit.

There is an isolator valve under the front of the seat. It might be shut off.
I am assuming you have fluid in the lift box and the pump works, etc...
