Mike I have been reading about your tractor (congrads) I have my grandfather's 1946 H I restored it about 5 years ago. Well I'll get to the point I have only seen 2 H's with a single front wheel yours and one today in the tractor photos it is a rare option I would leave it on if it was mine at least keep it if you change it. Perhaps you already have, but I don't think so - although your wife says she does. HAW-HAW!

Seriously, she must be a great woman.

Back in march I could have got you one here at a auction. No one bid on it and they hauled it to a salvage yard. Ron

Singles are common where I am. What is rare is a usable double NF! third party image

It's really not rare, they were commonplace in the south. Since I grew up in Texas, I am surprised at the number of people who have not seen one. All our letter series tractors were ordered with both NF and SF, one H had all 3 including a WF.

Exactly. There is nothing rare about that single front. Depending on what part of the country you are in, they are as common as dirt.
