What tires did the Farmall A "45 come from the factory with on the front? I am restoring mine and need to put new shoes on her front. I picked her and a "52 C up for $600 each. I drove both onto my trailer under their own power just put on a battery and some gas. I think that this is the first time that I bought something right.

Thanks for the help. I thought that the tires were too large that are on now and I did not like the looks of the multirib style anyway. Will now do my search for a good price.

Don't know if they still sell them or not, but I got a pair of the old-style Firestone Guide Grips from Miller Tire for my BN. Basically a 3-rib, but they have the lugs that wrap around from the outside ribs to the sidewall.

Would the tires be the 3 ribed or the multiribed style? The ones that are on now are 5.00 x 15 multiribed.

Not sure, but I would think they were 4.00 X 15.
