Does anyone know of a cluch type starter that will work on a 400 G Farmall ? If so a part number please.

Your CaseIH dealer has a replacement clutch based starter drive that is available as a replacement for the older inertia based units. They have been very successful in fixing the jamb issue, JimN

I have been to two IH dealers and they don't have anything available,but the spring type starter drives.Does anyone have a part number?

I used caseih.com and got a part number for the complete starter with the over running cluch. They say it is no longer available. e-mailed them and they said the same and gave me red power's e-mail.
