I have been dealing with this guy for well over 3 years.

Never had a problem with him untill now.

He was selling on this site using the name "Rays Tractor Parts" and also on ebay as "Tractoraveboyz" at ebay he has a seller feedback rating rating of more than 1500.

His name is Raymond Koroleski of Standish, MI.

He took me for more a little more than $400.00 for tractor parts.

He will not return my calls, or emails.

I contacted the police in his area and was told that there is nothing that they could do unless the amount was $500.00 or more.

Beware

Wish I would have read this earlier. He took me for about $100. Said the part was lost in the mail, then the reimbursement check was lost in the mail, etc, etc. He no longer answers my emails.

Yep burned me too. Sent me some damaged parts, so I ordered some more, then the old -lost in shipping story too. But there are things that can be done. Leans filed, complaints to the county attorney and sheriff.

Anyone that wants to file a joint complaint let me know.

All parts we buy are with our visa card, that way, if there's a dispute, credit card company will handle the issue.

He has not always been honest. He took my money and I never got the parts. He will tell you that the item was lost in shipping but will not give you any info or tracking numbers. He is a poor excuse for a human being. His feedback rating on ebay shows that he has had many problems - unfortunately you and I were among them. I have called over 12 times on the phone, numerous emails and still nothing but promises. I do hope he never needs a favor from me - he won't get it. Pat

I would file a civil suit against him. Send an email to mcji@courts.mi.gov or call 517-373-4641
to get the correct procedure. This will jerk his jaw. Hal

You can file a report with the attorney general of MI. I would also file a report with the post office. Mail fraud is a very serious offence!

Is he still alive? I mean the lack of communication and the fact that he had always been honest makes you wonder if he is in the hospital or something. Dont want to jump to conclusions.

Good advice Gene. The record should should speak for itself, unless definitely dis-proven otherwise.

He could very well have had a medical emergency, accident, etc.
