Hi, new to tractors, got a super c, and put on a new carb.(6 months old) ran fine until past 2 weeks. Now it does not seem to be running as smoothly, like all cylinders aren't firing and has less power then before, can't power all the way down to low idle, it dies out. Can anyone point in the direction of what to check for? thanks

Before digging into the carb, I would check, clean or replace the points, gap them, and re-time it.

You may have rust or dirt blocking the fuel outlet in the tank. I would look in there with a good flash light. The inlet screen in the carburetor inlet could be full of rust or dirt. Hal
