Could any one tell me if the 826 farmall came with a factory cab? I've only found one picture of a 826 with a cab that had a IH marking on it. If any can solve the mystery or even better Know where one could be found, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks for your time

Before about late '71 or early '72 IH had their cabs out-sourced/built by other companys and yes, the diamond and ice-cream box cabs had the IH badge, close-fitting enclosure sheet metal and a dedicated operator platform.

About this time tho and after cabs and sales started catching on, IH got into the game and started building their own.

This is one of the first truly all-IH cabs and can be identified by the glass in the lower door.

The Egging and Year-Around cabs were all dealer-hung after the fact.

Yes. It would have been the IH "diamond-shaped" cab, also found on the late 56 series and very early 66 series. Here's a picture of one I found in the Photo Gallery, on a 1456. Couldn't tell you where to find one, try salvage yards.
