What's the right color "grey" for a McCormick Deering 10-20? Anyone know the right paint code? And the code for the red wheels? Thanks, Dan

I think this 10-20 looks nice and is owned by a WW2 vet and retired farmer in Iowa. His late dad bought this tractor new. Hal

All 10-20s with a serial number lower than KC-210235 were gray. The next few may have been gray also as IHC used up the remaining gray paint before switching to red 10-20s.

I think the very early ones were the lighter gray. my 29 had the darker grey I found under the platform. The lighter grey may have also been from them using the cheapest paint they could get at the time of manufacture. If someone doesn't have the codes I can get them from the guy I sold my 10-20 to.

Hi Bob - mine's a 1929 model too. Just got the radiator cleaned out and the overflow pipe renewed. Plan to put it together this afternoon and run it around the field. Right now it's all rust colored, so only can day dream of the grey/red look.
