Hey bigblock, if its got a sparkplug put a dummy plug in it with a grease fitting in it, add your favorite mystery secret do anything mixture of unstickem cureall and let sit awhile. after a few days rock flywheels back and forth. If nothing breaks free screw in dummy plug and put the grease gun to it.It will come loose .Make sure valves are closed if not take rocker off. best of luck. later Hoss

Yes...I have a suggeston. Be careful and do not break anything taking it apart. Replacement pieces are hard to find. Rings, valves etc are available new.

For your sake, I hope only the piston is stuck and not everything else frozen up. I got one here that I finally got the piston out of but every thing else was frozen and the flywheel would not turn--and still will not. Even the govenor system goobered up. the one I have is a 3-5

I don't think it is a " hit & miss" Most if not all had a throttling governor. If it is a la or lb, make sure you get the throttle connected right when you put the head on.
