I went to a show this weekend and saw a nice restored W4. I want one now! I've always liked them but this one was perfectly restored and looked very much eye catching. So If any one would know where I could get a W4 and trade or sell my H. I have looked around here a couple of years ago for a W4 and cannot find one. So I guess I could travel some distance for the tractor.

Thanks Derek

Good running and decent looking W4's are more plentiful in Manitoba, Sask. and Alberta: usually sell for $1200 to $1400 Cdn. Rough ones sell for half that. There is bound to be some in ND, SD and Montana. I have one, but it won't be for sale till about 20 years from now (I hope).

I seen a decent one sell at the auction in London Ohio last year for 1700 bucks. It had nice paint and good tires on it. Ran like a top. The generator didn't work, but it was nice other than that. I have wished a 100 times I had bought it. A neighbor had an I4 and it was a neat little tractor.

Hang on to your wallet Lineman, I've wanted one for years but you almost have to get a second mortage to afford a decent one. Charles
