I want to switch the whole PTO unit between my C and my Super C tractors. Is there any problems doing this before I tear in to it and find there is some sort of difference? It looks like they will interchange by unbolting the PTO unit and sliding it off the rear end coupling. Any last minute advice from someone who has removed these units before?

There was a shaft difference from A to Super A. Don't know about the C to Super C. Without looking, I would guess C and Super C to both be similar to Super A (although not interchangable).

The C and Super C units are the same. I have a C unit in my Super C and it works fine. The shaft differances are in the H.

Dont bet on the swap as there were two types of couplers that enguages the pto and therefore the main shaft in the tranny will either have an inverted spline or it could have the two bladed output. You wont know intil you have removed them. The tubes should interchange but check all the stuff before re-assembling.
