is the flywheel and clutch problems hard to deal with on putting a 361 on a 560 hard or what am i looking at? is the bolt patern the same on the end of the crank shaft? any info is appriciated.

Use the 361 flywheel. Both tractors use the same clutch. You'll need to make sure to use the correct starter drive. 560 gas starter definetly will not work, 560 diesel starter might work without even changing the drive, 806 diesel starter would be best.
