i was reading on red power website that it was common to put a 1466 engine in a 1066 if they dint have any "correct engines" also things like 8ply tires instead of 6 ply radiators for a diffrent tractor got put in others. Any one know of any other "swaps" that farmall did? or have more to add?

Rumors are plentiful on about any subject, I don't pay any attention to them. No one has any proof.

I read somewhere, someplace that the V-8 Diesel was used to keep the assembly line running when there was a strike at an engine plant. Forgot where I read that.
