I have a Super A with a non pressue system. The radiator is shot so I want to go to a new pressurized system ( pressue radiator and water pump) however doing some research it apprears the pressurized radiator is not the same size as the non-pressue radiator. Questions are as follows:If I go with the non pressure radiator which will drop right in. There would be no overflow tube does this matter in a pressurized system?
2.Will the pressure radaiator (it appears to be smaller) work with my old type sheet metal including any bolt ups and putting on a pressure cap?
4. Will the pressurized cap work on the non pressure radiator? Thanks of the help

Worked fine without a pump for over 40 years so why add one? Just order a new one from OEM or YT and stick her in and be done with it.

They fit perfect so no worries there.

BTW, the old non-pressure ones do have an overlow stem on the neck. Reproductions do too.

You can run a water pump without going to a pressurized radiator. Just get a good radiator and use the waterpump will work fine. Do you need a good radiator? send e-mail.
