Hello to overseas,

I am in process of restoring an '51 Distil.MV.
Number is 274995 X3D.The X3D tell me it's a high speed gear transmission. That high speed has that to do with all the gears-settings or only in/or four and five????? ?
Another question:Was there an attachment available to operate belt pulley and let hydraulic cylinders on their place without disturbing the belt pulley??? My hitch is complete original on this MV.I want to mount that belt pulley also and hydr.cylinders (witch I bought with you over there a few months ago).

Greetings from Holland,
Arno

X3D means KEROSENE engine, not distillate, the code for distillate is X17 (minor engine differences) and a high speed 4th (7 mph on the M), speeds on the MV were different, I think. No other gears were affected. As to the belt pulley and the cylinders, I do not know. The cylinders were mounted on various places on the tractor/implement, depending on what implement you are using. I suppose the belt pulley could be in the way for certain implements, it is easily removed as are the cylinders.
