I have 54, 54A and L54 blades. I ran the L54 on a standard cub for 2 years. It will work but if it is a tight plow (not worn) it will not want to sit level when you angle the blade. The trailing end will want to ride high. If it's worn as much as most of them are it will work fine. The only problem with using the L54 brackets is that the push arms are always pointed downward.

Yes they are different. I have a Lo-Boy and a regular Cub blade. I am going to have to modify most of the brackets to make it work. If you have a Lo-Boy blade and a regular Cub, we need to get together and swap blades. This will save us both a lot of work. Email me please!!
