I have a Farmall Model C at least that what the previous owner told me it is. I'm curious to the year and model of the tractor. Where would I find the serial number to find out the year and model? Is it located on the floor board? The number I found on the floor board is 651132-R1, could anyone tell me the year and model? Thanks

Look under the #1 plug behind the throttle shaft and post the serial# would help to identify.

Need to check on the right side of the seat base for the serial number. Will be on a small aluminum plate. If none is there, then we will need casting codes. Example: 10-15-R. Will be on major parts like motor, Trans tunnel, Trans, wheels; most cast parts. Your casting codes should fall within: R-1948, S-1949, T-1950, W-1951. Hope that helps a little. Patrick
