Theres a guy in I think Minesota or Wisconsin that can get one for you. I dont recall his name, but I know he sells manifolds, or did. I got a hood from him several years ago and he told me then he can get just about anything I needed for my I-4.Ill check some records and see if I can find his name.

You needto use the 3rd & 4th driving gear out of the H and install both in W4. Parts manuals has 4 different gear sets depending on number of teeth.

Never inside a W4 tansmission and don't have a parts book for one. This may help though, if third gear in your 4 has the same # of teeth as a H you can change the third and fourth drive gear on bottom shaft to use the H 4&5 sliding gear. If third in your W4 has different teeth count than a H more gears would have to be changed to work. Reason is 1&2 and 3&4 gears on bottom shaft are made together,on top shaft 2&3 are together. So if 3 is different 2&3 slider has to change. Then if 2 is different 1&2 drive and reverse idler has to change, then if first is different the first and reverse slider has to change.

I don't have a W-4 book so this answer may have errors.

Gears have to be changed out in sets or they will not engage, bind, or be sloppy. It gets complicated when adjacent gears are carved out the same chunk of metal. Fourth and fifth on the mainshaft are one piece. Third and fourth on the countershaft are also one piece. It seem likely you will have to change out alot more than one chunk of metal. You need to look at the parts books for both tractors.

If you don't want to do the research, buy a rear frame from an H and install it on your W-4. You will have to retain the frame cover and axle housings. The tractor will be going faster when you are done. You can also swap out the transmission gears and retain your original differential ratio.

Wardner, I believe the tractor (W4) would go slower with the H rear end. Its bigger original tires needed a lower ratio to make 18mph. It would now be driving a smaller tire with that ratio. ;-) JimN

Can be done and should be done may be two different things. I cannot recommend any mismatched gears in a power transmission system. The fourth would be compromised and mot usable for loads without stressing the driven gear. If both top and Layshaft gears were replaced with H cogs, I have no issue.
Belly pump out top cover off, clutch and clutch shaft out, remove front carrier and constant mesh gear (catch bearings in a stretched cloth under the slider!! Very important!!) Remove lower shaft front bearing retainer and disassemble to replace gear (or cluster, I cannot remember if they are seperate). Reassemble. Books are important here. Both IH reprint or original repair, and IT manual from this site. JimN
