Has anyone ever heard of or seen an International I-6 Diesel. I know for sure they were made but I have looked long and hard and have never seen or heard of one. I-6's were not that common to begin with so I would imagine only a handful of diesels were made. I have an I-6 and would love to find a diesel, but that is probably a pretty tall order. Thanks for your input.

Had one as a chore tractor many years ago, fun little tractor. Would start no matter how cold it got and used less fuel than anything I've ever owned. It was at that time also the fastest on the road, it outran my 706&806. Wish I had it back!

A friend of mine is retoring one right now. It had a cracked head, and he found one for it. The guy that had it used to run a feed grinder with it. It is in decent shape save for the head which he is going to swap out. Its a considerable tractor all right!

International I6 diesel would be a ID6 as the industrial verson of the W6 diesel would be WD6 diesel. Same drive train as a farmall M
