Are the battery boxes for a Farmall 350 and a Farmall 450 the same? Mine is pretty rusted out and It probably time to replace it.

I think they are. I'll check my catalogs to be sure.
Do you want a plain jane, or the one with IH embossed logo?

Whatever is cheapest, paint em red and get them dirty and they all look the same.

I was kind of interested on this on on Ebay, but the seller didn't know if it would work.

The battery box part number is 362059R92. Fits 300, 350, 400, 450.

If that box on ebay is a good one, it's cheap.

That's what I thought.

How do you tell if its a "good one"?

If it is an original, and not rusted through, it will be a good one. If it is a reproduction, ask the seller who he got it from, and where it was made.

I'm sure its a repo, look at his "other items".

I think you're right, but at those prices they are either a very cheap imitation or they are stolen?

I purchased one of those boxes from THE-Co DOT com, Thomas Hassenfritz Enterprises for about that price. For $40 less than the nearest competitor's cheap reproduction, I figured I could take a chance.

Taking into account that it's a cheap reproduction, it's a serviceable part.
