Hi, Got no brakes at all. Got no resistance at all when I press on the pedal. Where do I start ?

Thanks everybody. I have a starting point now and I'll start bleeding the air out and see if that brings the pedal up. Thanks again !

Hi Scotty, best to bleed the brakes when the Hytran fluid is at operating temperature.

Leave the engine running when bleeding the brakes. Oil is supplied to the master cyl. through an orfice in the oil cooler return. Will bleed faster if you locate the small hose under the hood with the orfice in it. Temporally replace the hose with one without the orfice while bleeding, make sure the orfice is clean while it is off. Have to have the orfice back in place for normal use, to much oil will cause brake drag without it.

Make sure the hytran is up to full mark in rear, either take cover between floor boards or small side shield off, pinch off the return hose from the brake master cylinders, now you need to bleed the brakes. Do it like you would on a car, the bleeders are just above the rear axle housing, one on each side.
