Gary, I have a Farmall 340 with that same size on it with the factory wide front end. They are what came on it in 1960. I do agree they look small for the tractor. They may have had to use that size to get the gear ratios and ground speeds they wanted. I have thought about putting a set of 38's from an H on it. That has been dicussed on here before and is possible. PUTTER

I don't know if this is where you are coming from or not (thinking your rear tires may be too small), but from casual observation of Farmall letter series tractors many, if not the majority, seem to "stand tall" in the front when equipped with wide front ends. Perhaps this is from aftermarket wide front end conversions - such as Schwartz - I don't know, as I am not the WFE student others may be.... It is just something I have noticed. Actually, it looks pretty "rakish" and neat. mike

In 1952 our new SC had 10-36 rear tires. It was some time in the early 1960s that the tire sizes changed to the new sizing numbers so replacement for 10-36 in 1960s was an 11.2-36.

That is the size I have on mine and I think it is correct.
