I've been looking at a F-30 that a neighbor has 4 sale...Its a older resto.Runs good, Complete, tires are fair, has factory round spokes front and rear. Paint is not all that great, but no rust. What are these 30's going for these days? Thanks!

I would say that the tractor you describe would be hard to find for much less than $2000, around here anyway. Good wheels are a big plus. But you never know, sometimes you get a deal. A good plain F30 should bring 4 or 5 times the price of a comparable F20. One of the last auctions where I saw one had fair 20's on steel going from $400 to $600 range, the lone 30 on steel, running, needed one final drive repaired BAD, brought $3400.

Jason,I'm afraid to answer this one,I'm restoring a F30 parts tractor now.I've seen several of these for sale and the price was unreal,up to 3500.dollars.Not to many F30's around. If it is narrow tread then the price really goes up.Certain parts of the country has different prices,Around WV and your area they are very high, and most people wont sell them.I wanted one to complete my F-series collection so I had to grab what was available.Mine was locked-up and the clutch assembly was completely destroyed by mice urine.

I had a similiar 1936 F-20 I sold a year or so ago. Mine was restored about 8 years ago with new rubber at the time. I got $2500 including 2 stripped parts tractors. Mine had not been cranked in about 2 years. I don't think you will see much difference in value between a 20 and a 30. Mine was also a narrow tread rearend which might help it a little.
