Am in the market for a 60 inch finish mower and have narrowed it down to these two. Any opinions will be appre. By the way, the mowing is relatively manicured grass no taller than 6 inches, (when it rains!!haha)

I mow about eight acres with a 60 inch King Kutter with my 52 Super C. I bought it 3 years ago, [of course the first thing I did was tear it apart in paint it IH red.] Any way, I'm vey happy with it, I think I paid around 1000.00 for it, parts can be purchased at any Tactor Supply and are easy to get.I almost bought the Bush Hog but looking at the quality of this mower, it's built very well, has zerks all over it and I did not see the benifits of spending another 600.00 to 800.00 for the Bush Hog. I have lots of pictures, but can't figure out how to post them.

I have a 72" Bush Hog finish mower and it works great. Also have two other Bush Hog rotary mowers and they are all great machines. Rugged and built well and probably at the top of the price range but I wouldn"t consider anything else if I needed another one. What few parts I"ve needed were on the shelf at my local dealer. Hal

I would choose Bush Hog, if all other things are equal, however, I'm guessing that there is a substantial difference in price. Need a lot more data to help you make a good decision!
