What's the deal lately. A month or so back I was able to get a new radiator core for an F-20 for $240 to $260. Now every place I search they are all over $300. Just figures when I need a couple the price gets jacked up. Anyone know why the price is so high or am I not looking in the right places.

The reason the price of radiator cores is up is due to the increase in the price of scrap copper.Scrap copper is paying so high that some areas are seeing people stealing the hydro wires live right off the poles to turn it in.When the price goes up,so do the costs of making anything with copper, including radiator cores. Recently,a friend of mine priced a core for his Massey.2 years ago,it was $500 to core the rad, last summer,it went to $800.
