Is the clutch in a 606D Hydraulic?

I'm pretty sure that the clutch on my old 606D is stuck 'engaged'. I can turn the motor over in any gear, and the tractor does not lunge forward. Is the clutch hydraulic? If so, would this problem be explained by the fact that there is no hydraulic fluid in it right now? If it is stuck, will I be able to free it up by pulling the inspection plate off and somehow prying the clutch plate loose?

If the clutch was stuck ENGAGED, the tractor would try to move if you turned the engine over.

More than likely, the clutch is stuck DISengaged, which is unusual, but not unheard of I suppose.

DO NOT run the engine with no hydraulic oil in the tractor! You're just asking for an even more expensive repair bill because you're going to burn up the hydraulic pumps.

The clutch is mechanical, not hydraulic. You will probably need to split the tractor in half to find out what's wrong.

I'm definitely not intending to run it without fluid in it. I can push the clutch pedal in, however it will not come back until I manually pull up on it. Hopefully I'm not going to have to split the tractor, that sounds like a lot of work!!
