The V465 that is used on stump grinders, and some of the bigger target saws and other things is the biggest Wisconsin I have ever seen, it is rated I think at 65-66hp.

Back in the sixties, I bought a 150 CFM Lindsay air compressor with a Wisconsin 60+ hp engine from a tool rental business. I was told it was their largest product at around 250 cubes. It was a gas hog and I soon moved on to a similar sized Sullair with a 172 cubic in Ford Industrial diesel engine. The Sullair was a rotary and much more efficient.

The model might have been somethhing like V4HD. Can't remember exactly. I do remember that it had poured bearings on the connecting rods.

I did a search on Wisconsin Motors and they currently make a 65.9 hp.

The way they are used now on stump grinders and all I would say that is about the biggest that they have ever made them.
