EZ/Too many, I'm just west of Burks Falls in the big town of Magnetawan pop 300. How many of you live in a place smaller than that? My daughter takes riding lessons in Powasson at a school called Eastwood.

Now if you would just move that cute tractor left or right to eliminate that disturbing background (utility pole). You wouldn"t want me to use the Husquavrna (spelling)chain saw, but I sure would like to. Nice shadows-sweet light in the picture. My guess is that now, Cubs w/blades will be increasing in value as "hard water fisherman" will buy them to clear snow. That way they can justify another tractor purchase. ...honey, I need that to haul my power auger, battery operated beverage cooler, portable ice hanty, heater, TV, gps/fish finder unit. I remember going w/dad and my sister , using an already augered hole, or augering one and squatting over the hole. This was way back in the last century-even before the invention of the five-gallon bucket to be used as a chair. Also, why, on my computer is this post so verrrrryyy wide??? Nice tractor - enjoy! You lucky dog you, you gots the white stuff.

Hugh,

We had lost all our snow up to last nite when it was raining, but woke up to almost a foot this morning. We are hoping to skate tommorrow nite, but for sure on New Years Eve. We had 60 people last year from 5yrs old right up to 65yrs. young.

It's awesome.

Merry Christmas to everyone from the Sunny South.

The Rink reminds me of my young days.. when I was in the Air Force in Alaska in 1960 we would level the area between the barracks and and turn the water hoses loose on it and pond up the water. In a little while we had a wondeful rink.

Nice rink, how far north are you? I'm south of North Bay and all we have is rain rain and lots of mud in the barn yard. We also have a 1966 cub low boy for cutting the grass, I have the same blade but havn,t used it for several years, never thought of using it for a hockey rink. Merry Christmas from the near north.

Hi All, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from eastern Ontario. Had freezing rain last night and about 40F today. No white Xmas in the forecast. First time in years that we have had a green Xmas.
