Got my heater installed & running over the weekend, now I can work in comfort and maybe try and get the old 43 H in the shop before the snow flies.

You'll love that radiant heater. We have two twenty-foot u-shaped ones in our 50x50 shop. You can walk in out of twenty below weather, crank 'em up from the 50deg we leave 'em set at, and in five minutes you're shucking coats.

I hung one in the 25x36 shop I'm fixing up over at another place...probably cook me right out of that little building!

The radiant tube in the pic above is my heat source, just got it fired up yesterday. Boy is it quiet.

In my new shop I installed a bunch of the new hi-intensity , cold weather, 8 foot florescent fixtures. They come on instantly, and are much brighter than the regular bulbs. But they are a little trendy tho, at 10 bucks ea, just for the bulbs.
