I am trying to rebuild the brake disks for a set of Lambert brakes on an M. How think of linings do I need to ask for? There is ~1/8 of material still on each side of the disc but they are worn out, meaning I have them adjusted as tight as they will go and the actuator is fully extended.

I do not know the specification answer, but here is a good one: Stack the actuator (retracted all the way) and plates together, then measure the stack. Measure the spcae from surface to surface that they must go into Subtract one from the other then take off another 0.040" (clearance) then divide the difference among the working surfaces on the disks, and add it to the existing thickness. Good luck, JimN
