I posted this on the ATIS board but I know some guys here aren"t on there.

Did the early F-20s (below SN FA-3000) use a serial number plate with "F-20" printed on the tag, or did they use the same tag as the Regular? I know after FA-3000 the went to the generic tag that the model # had to be stamped in. I also know that the early F-30s had a tag with the "F-30" printed right on the tag and then went to the generic tag. In other words the Regular had a tag that was printed "McCormick Deering Farmall trator" with a place to stamp the serial number. And the early F-30 had a tag that was printed "McCormick Deering Farmall F-30 trator" with a place to stamp the serial number. All the later tractors (after early 1934) used the generic tag with a space to stamp the model and serial number. So what did the early F-20s use?
