third party image

We had these deer by 10:00 this morning.

We got 2 more this afternoon and all tags are filled.

The other 2 are bucks and one is bigger than the others in the picture.

Never and a day of deer hunting like this before in my 20 years of hunting.

Just unbelieve for us.

I'm the one with the big smile in the middle back.

Gary

Here in Gordon county Ga., the deer pop is exploding. I have real trouble W/ them in my garden. Nine killed so far this year, hope to get more.

I'm not much of a hunter myself, but I'm sure happy to know that others do enjoy that sport. The half dozen that you guys bagged didn't even make a dent in the deer population, but if you do manage to run out of whitetails, come on down. We still have plenty.

While I'm not a fan of guns or hunting, as long as one follows the rules, be's safe, doesnt hurt anyone (poor deers =P ), and has a good time and eats the kill so it doesnt go to waste, then fire away!!

I was seeing the same thing, the one in the middle looked like a muley, just the sun and the way the neck is held, I would have liked to see any of them deer, I have one more day to get him, I ended up with a big 4 pointer opening day, great hunt guys,

Gary,

You got some fine looking bucks there. Is this your regular season, or is it a late season?
We have a late doe season going on til tomorrow.

That is some nice bucks. It very rare here in Georgia to run up on one any where close to your smallest bucks. Our deer population was 35 - 40 deer per square mile but now is around 15. You use to see deer every time you went hunting but now you see every 4 or 5 times and usually a doe and fawns.
