Seems I have moisture in my system.
I am familliar with older 450 system where I drain fluid and replace filter on the side, but
dont understand the 460. 1. Where is the filter?
2. Do I drain entire tranny and replace all?
3. How many gallons?

Also when filling the system I usually take the plate beside the gear shift off and fill it through there and there is a pipe thread plug on the left below the clutch about half way down remove it and when the oil comes out its full.

The filter on the 460-560 is on the right below the brake pedals it has a small cover with about 8-10 small bolts in it, you won't loose much oil changing the filter but you will need to drain the transmission completly to change the Hydraulic oil if I remember right it is about 13 gal I know I usually buy 15 and have some left over. Also if it is below freezing and the water has froze in there it will alot of above freezing temperatures to melt it, if you have a heated shop I would let it set with the drain plug out a day or so to let as much moisture out as possible. I have put a heater blowing on the rearend of the tractor to help thaw them out also. Hope this helps Brian

hyd capacity is 10 gal. There are three drain plugs that drain the hyd system. The fill hole is located to the right of the shifter and fills all three resiviors. There is a pipe fitting on the left side of the tractor to check the level.

Filter is under that plate on the right-hand side of the torque tube (aka transmission housing). The entire transmission/differential housing is the hydraulic reservoir. Sorry can't help with the gallons, but there should be a level plug somewhere on the side of the torque tube.
