Does anyone have a diagram or picture of some kind of a 9 speed? I have one on my 1950 M and the pull control is rusted or something is jambed up. I can't move the thing from low to high. I'm not sure how to get at the thing. Thanks for the help.

I have a M&W 9 speed on a H. Does your tractor use a shifter that looks like a heavy duty choke cable? If it has that kind of shifter, you may be able to drain the transmission and remove the belt pulley gearbox to check the other end of the cable. It hooks on to a shifter fork in the bottom of the transmission near the front. If I knnew how to post photos on this board, I could post a few. ken
