What steps do I take to replace brake bands on my 51 cub tractor on the right side. Thanks

J W, you will need to jack up and support rear of tract. 1 remove wheel, 2 remove fender, 3 remove drawbar or fast hitch from the rear housing. 4 Remove bolts holding the rear axle housing from the transmission. 5 Support final drive assembly, and remove it from tractor. 6 Then you can remove the brake band from the housing.

Loosen the locknut and set screw on the brake drum. Then remove from the differential shaft.
