rear wheel sheared both keys, hub clamp broke into 4 pieces. It appears that the keys were cast with the hub clamp and the wheel. Is this correct? I can get another clamp but would like to salvage the wheel. Any thoughts?

The salvage yards are full of the H wheels and hubs, as these parts are nearly indestructible. Save yourself the trouble and get a whole new assembly. If you were here in SD I would GIVE you the whole works.

Not sure what was used to cut new keyway in a wheel like yours, but have saw some with a good job and using a key like was used in 350 and late 300 farmall wheel with 2 1/2 inch rear axle. Key fits in wheel and axle both. This is from someone that lives in a former part of your state. Lots of trouble here also since the war between the states.
