I have a Farmall 504 that I need the block off plate that goes where the control valves bolt to the side of the housing. Anybody have one??

Be careful about blocking off completely, on an open circuit such as this you must have oil flow or you may damage the pump.

trulyred is correct. Don't block off the flow with the wrong plate. The IH part you need is 376 023-R3. That is the correct backing plate that will allow oil to flow around the valve mounting surface and complete the circuit without the valves attached.

If it is like my 300u valves, if I needed a cover plate, I would make one out of plate steel. Best bet is to go to the nearest steel supplier and look through their "shorts" dumpsters. I could get a piece of 3/8" plate about that size for less then $5, then drill the 4 mounting holes. If you wanted to get real crzy u could take it to a machine shop and have the contact surface resurfaced, but I bet it would be fine, as its pretty hard to really bend something that small and thick.
