Where is the timming mark on a 1952 Super C? Can't see one on the crank pully. Don't even see a pointer on front of engine. Thanks.

Ben, Just a suggestion. Take your #1 plug out and put your finger in the sparkplug hole while you crank the engine. As you feel the compression coming up your flywheel line should be coming into view. Once you find it mark it with white chalk or white paint as the others suggested.

That timing mark should look like this on the flywheel. I would chalk it or use some white paint. You probably will need to lightly sand it if its rusty. Hal
PS: There's a timing mark (line) between these.

The timing mark in on the flywheel and is quite faint. You have to remove the oval inpection cover underneith the tractor to see it. Operator's Manual shows exactly where....
