On rear of counter shaft there is a retaining ring for rear bearing. Remove PTO and ring, move clutch and brake shaft far enough to one side for bearing to be driven rearward off shaft and out of housing. Remove hydraulic pump drive from front of shaft(right hand threads),remove bearing retainer and seal housing, move shaft to rear out of bearing. Work shaft out the top.
