Rusty has it right - find a lo-boy somewhere and trade tractors. There's more to the change than meets the eye.

Can be done.

Rotate the rear axle housing 90 degrees to the rear and purchase used (short) front spindles.

Cost. I don't know.

Axle housings on the LoBoys are a little different. You could just rotate the regular Cub's, but then you wouldn't be able to hook up the brakes.

Minimally to do it right, you need the shorter front axle tubes, the Loboy rear axle housings, the cross-over steering arm, and Loboy tie rods. Still doesn't give you brakes or a drawbar.

Believe me I am not being Flip. The best is a good ad in several places for a trade. I believe the donor tractor would need to include so many components, and the effort to make it so great, that Trading for a good lowboy would be expedient. Purchasing a broken lowboy and reparing it would be money and time ahead in my opinion, Then you would have two! JimN

Find someone who wants to buy the row-crop, and then find someone who wants to sell a lo-boy.
