Whew! That one was close; just about forgot!

Note to self: Remember to set the upper lift stop on the hitch control! :>)

Remember Allan that front weight bracket has room for 12 weights I believe.... You are now in the big boy arena with that 1066. It just won't do right with all that horsepower and no weight. Got to fill that front bracket. Might have to also add some of those wheel weights on those rears too!! Mine was a totally different tractor when we got her loaded down and then she was ready to work.

Had forgot all about that rear window thing and how far back it sets. Glad I was going slow and caught it before that window landed in my lap. :>(

The darned 1066 just doesn't handle the plow very well, the way it is set up. Tail was really waggin' the dog.

I've got to hang another 400 lbs of weight up front and get the tire guys out here to fill those rears with a few gallons of salt water.

Then, maybe it will be able to compete with the smaller 966. :>)

I hear that! When we bought the 2590 Case it had only a few cast weights on the rear, nothing up front. Power-hopped and would not turn with the implement even slightly in the ground.

Filled with chloride, hung 1300 lbs of weight out front and made a real tractor out of it!

Yeah,

What's that old saying? Ya gotta have weight to move weight?

Guess it's so. :>)
