Well ya take the book and throw it away because the BOOK LYES . My 806 Diesel narrow ft. fast hitch weighs in at 11880 with no extra iron added just loaded 18.34 rubber loaded so i can load mine down with out tomuch trouble to over 15000 . So if ya got the idea of running down and picking one up with a 3/4 ton pickup and a wimmpy littel tandem axel goode neck best beware that that littel ol 806 and fold up a trailer that is not heavy enough .

Na, I got a friend with a Freightliner and low boy trailer. I use my 3/4 ton and gooseneck for M's, H's, 400's and such.

the tricycle 806 gas I think was 7500-8000lbs. I don't imagine a diesel with a wide front was much more. Plus if it had a year-round cab thats alittle more.
