I have been thinking about having the carburetor overhauled on my Farmall 300. The tractor idles a little rough and fuel tends to leak from the bottom when starting. I called Denny's Carb Shop the other day. Maybe they are okay but I felt a little uncomfortable after I talked with them. Can someone give me the name of someone who knows what they are doing and would do a good job on this i.e., someone I can trust. Thanks very much. Steve.

I picked up a kit and a gal of cleaner from Fleet Farm and did my own.
With the help of some compressed air I had the job done in under 2 hours, let it soak for an hour.

Put in back on and runs great now.

Rusty Farmall repaired a carb for me that was rebuilt by another "repair shop". He did an excellent job.

Do it yourself, get the kit from Case-IH. I have heard very few good things about Denny's. They are more into performance modifications and care little about the average Joe or Steve.

You need to contact Rusty Farmall on here and see if he will do it. I've heard some bad reports on Denny's Carb Shop. Hal
