Saturday I was disking with the 450D when it began to pull down and loose power, so I decided to replace the fuel filters and have not been able to get it to prime back up. I cleaned and bleed the sediment bowl then on to the AUX fuel filter with fuel running out the bleeder good then started the tractor on gas but have not been able to get fuel out of the final fuel filter bleeder. Do I have scavenger pump problem or is their something I am missing here?

You probably will have to bleed all the injectors also.

Not sure about a 450D, but on my 650D the primary filter is gravity-bled and the secondary needs pressure from the scavenger pump to bleed.

On mine, there's a screen on the inlet side of the scavenger pump, could be that this screen is plugged up on yours? Be worth checking anyway.

Did both fuel filters bleed good?

Both filters are gravity fed, fill the tank and make sure the bolt and brass bleeder valve are open and clean. Good Luck, Chuck
