Is there a special fuse to use in the ignition box? I can't find anything on it. Can you use a regular 12v 3 amp or 5 amp fuse or is there a 6v fuse and what amp fuse is it?

The fuze size n rating is more of its physical mounting dimension and its current rating then whether or not its used on a 6 or 12 volt system. Its voltage withstand rating is wayyyyy yyy higher then 6 or 12 volts anyway, so if the fuze fits into the socket and is the proper current rating (say maybe 10 to 15 amps in a tractor lighting circuit) THEN IT WILL WORK REGARDLESS IF THE TRACTOR IS 6 OR 12 VOLTS..... .

Thats kinda the same story about ignition points n condensor, they are passive current switching devices and their current rating is whats critical and again, their voltage withstand rating is wayyyyy yy higher then 6 or 12 anyway.

Sooooo o Nooooo ooo I dont envision any special fuzes for tractor use for 6 or 12 volt ONLY, its the size and current rating that counts and when you buy one for general auto or truck or tractor use I dont expect anyone is gonna ask or care if the tractor is 6 or 12 volts, they just need to know its size and current rating.

Fuse is a standard SFE 20 (20 amp) glass fuse. Any auto parts store, Radio Shack, etc. will have 'em in stock.
