I think I recall from a few years ago someone on this forum saying that he had doctored up his snow plow (Super A) by slitting a piece of pcv pipe (diameter?)and pounding it on to the cutting edge of the plow. The idea was to keep the plow from digging in and scrapping stones into the yard, and also letting the plow ride smoothly on top of the driveway so as to produce a nice, flat surface. Does anyone out there have any experience with this idea? I plan to try it, and will post my results, but I would like to hear if others have gone there before me.

I did it with a 2" steel pipe on my truck and it worked great. Just welded 2 tabes to hold it on the plow with bolts.
