bert: If the serial number is between 356001 and 357958 you have a Super A1. serial number will be on left side of clutch housing. All A and SA below serial number 356001 had the serial tag on left seat support. Physically the engine is not any larger on the outside. What makes it look larger, radiator is 2" taller than A or SA, thus the entire sheet metal through to and including fuel tank are 2" higher. Rather than fuel tank being about 1/2" above touch control the SA1 fuel tank is 2-1/2" above the touch control. The engine is not C-113 as used in A and SA, but rather C-123, just 1/8" larger bore. The C-123 will have a water pump down near the bottom block water outlet, thus the main fan belt goes around three pullies. The C-123 engine also has a much larger air breather than C-113. All these things make this engine appear larger. Basically a Farmall Super A1 is a Farmall 100 or 130 with Super A sheet metal. You will also find brake bands changed from most SA you remember, I say most as the brakes changed before serial number 356001. If you have a Super A1, quite rare for a Farmall, only 1,957 of them ever built. You should be the envy of guys chasing down 25,000 Super MTA's. It's basically the same idea. Both, nothing more than number series tractors with letter series sheet metal. Also don't be confused by what Hal is driving at I is industrial, with the foot throttle. A1 tractors can also be A1I, basically A1 Industrial.
