Howdy people!
Hadn't been on here in a while and was missing the conversation, so I thought I'd pop in and see what is up.
My tractor has sat ALL year. I think I am going to have to call the tractor doctor. Her points keep sticking and I've checked everything I can think to check and I give up. Poor thing is feeling really neglected.
Didn't have time to do much with her this summer and now it's back to class work..anatomy...YUK!
I kno why they call it a weed out class and there goes my 4.0 GPA.
Hope everyone is doing pretty good, and from the message boards, it looks like that is so.
Special hi to Hugh. Missed you last fall. Did you get to traveling in Indiana parts with your wife?
Take care.
Diana

Diana: ANATOMY, what in blazes are you into now. Studying anatomy, wont help you fixing the tractor.

You say points, I thought your tractor was diesel. Did you make a change? Seems as though I recall recommending that. I trust you are keeping the calcium chloride away from hubbies Camaro.

You best check in a bit more often, or we wont be able to call you a regular YTer.

Now see. Hugh! That is what is getting me in trouble in Anatomy! Wrong terms! I do have the excuse I was tired when I wrote. I should have said contacts, I suppose...in the regulator. They look just like points to me! Just like bones are bones...but not really. Didn't even think about all of the part names that I could relate to the tractor!!! Wow! Ingenious idea!!!! Arteries/big hoses, veins/little hoses, radiator/metabolism,
paint/epidermis, primer/dermis, diesel...can't think of one, but we all know gas is gas. I'm studying to be a nurse. As far as the calcium chloride, my tractor is banned to the yard. Got the boys cars and the youngests' car is a fiat x 1/9 and acording to Tom, too nice to sit outside. Then Tom bought himself a 79 spitfire to tinker with. So, now the garage houses the camaro, spitfire, fiat, and my step sons mustang and no room for poor tractor. It does sit right outside my bedroom window though. I guess that's better than nothing.
And gosh, to think I lost my regular YTer status! I have to quit with the studying so much. Probably learn more here!
Talk soon,
Diana

Hi Di, You had better work on finishing that nurse schooling. The hospitals will be clamering to offer you employment. Our daughter is a Nurse Practitioner and she's never had to look far for employment. The VA has been after her since they're short on nurses. When she told her supervisor that VA had offered a lot more money. they matched it. She's in the GS-14
pay category now. Keep getting those good grades. Hal

Diana: Since you get up at 5 am on a Sat. morning, that should hold you status as a YT regular. Most YTer's don't rise early, or at least they don't say much, early. Why, most morings there is only myself and a few, folks older than me hangin around here.

Be careful comparing the human anatomy to tractor anatomy, it can get you in trouble. I best quit while I'm ahead. The thought crossed my mind to say more.

You guys are a hoot! You know, Hugh, you should elaborate....might wake a few people up earlier just to see what is online!

Wanted to be a nurse all of my life and decided I didn't want to regret having never tried. So, here I am at 47 in school. Go figure.

It'll work out good. Tom will retire and I will work then. I can't imagine both of us being home 24/7 anyway. We would drive each other nuts.

Back to the books.

Diana
